Field Service Technician

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide our clients with superior technical support, carrying out maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting issues, and installing equipment at various sites. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels at problem-solving, communication, and who possesses a strong technical understanding of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair equipment at client locations, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including installation, configuration, and operation matters.
Provide onsite support, resolving any technical issues and ensuring equipment is functioning efficiently.
Train customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Document service and installation actions by completing reports, logs, and records.
Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Technical diploma or certification in a relevant field. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field service technician role, preferably in the same or related industry.
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to client locations. Work may require evenings and weekends depending on customer needs.
